I am a fully qualified Diet and Nutritionist. I believe in caring for the temple that is housing me through a good, healthy balanced diet, with the right amount of nutrition, and I help others do the same.
The way farming has gone these days, we aren’t always getting the level of nutrition that we think we are, so I look at a variety of ways to get the correct balance to achieve optimum health for you.
